Our story
Bruno & Cole began as a two-person office on Broadway handling commercial invoices for small New York manufacturers. Twenty-five years later, we manage placements for creditors across the country while keeping the same standard: recover the balance, keep the relationship intact, and never cut a compliance corner.
Our collectors are trained and certified annually, our call center is fully recorded, and our compliance management system is reviewed by outside counsel each year.
We are licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and maintain licensing or exemption in 48 states.
